Step-by-Step Working Process:
1. Loading of Raw Materials: The process begins by loading dry powders (active ingredients and excipients) into the mixing chamber. These powders can include pharmaceutical ingredients, chemicals, or food products, depending on the industry.
2. High-Shear Mixing: Once the powders are loaded, the mixing impeller (also known as the high-speed mixer) starts rotating at high speed.
